ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in January 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the financial industry as an Assistant Manager. That experience helped develop my passion for helping people, building relationships, and guiding others toward achieving their goals.

Our agency offers 15 days of PTO plus sick leave, flexible scheduling options, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, comprehensive training, ongoing professional development, and strong leadership growth opportunities. We are committed to helping team members build successful careers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

One of the things we’re most proud of is our positive, team-oriented culture. We regularly participate in team-building activities and work hard to create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. No prior sales experience is required - we believe skills can be taught, but character, attitude, and work ethic are what matter most.

We’re looking for dependable, coachable, and collaborative individuals who are excited to learn, contribute, and be part of a fun and successful team. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
