"I used to love State Farm I went so many years with my payment getting lower and lower every year and then all the sudden my office closed I get transferred to a new location and my payment has just gone up and up and up and up and up and just won't stop going up. I guess I should have got off my butt and shopped for lower cost insurance a long time ago. I don't know what happened to State Farm they always have some excuse but I'm just tired of this. What I really hate is all the sudden going to pay your bill and it's changed and I have to call the office and let them dig in which always takes a while for them to figure out exactly why my bill goes up every month. I just don't feel like they got my back. I don't think it's the office directly that I work with I think it's just State Farm over all. Feeling just sad about this... Only reason they got three stars is because I like this office I like the owner and I think she's committed but unfortunately that's not helping my pocketbook."
